Esther Hernandez joined Palatine in August 2018. She is responsible for assisting the Miami team with internal operations and office coordination. 

Prior to joining Palatine, Ms. Hernandez was the Executive Assistant to the CEO at the Ireland Companies, a real estate investment and development company.  Before Ireland Companies, Ms. Hernandez was a paralegal/legal assistant at Bilzin Sumberg, a Miami-based law firm.

Ms. Hernandez graduated from Florida International University with a B.A. in Political Science.
