Krys Gouverneur joined Palatine in July 2018. He is responsible for managing development and value-add construction projects across Palatine’s strategies.

Prior to joining Palatine, Mr. Gouverneur was a Senior Project Manager at Plaza Construction, one of the largest construction management and general contracting firms in the U.S. While at Plaza Construction, Mr. Gouverneur was responsible for managing a variety of high-end residential, condo high-rise, hospitality, and retail construction and development projects in the U.S and Caribbean.

Mr. Gouverneur graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering.
