Michael Kossow joined Palatine in May of 2021. He is involved in managing development and value-add construction projects across Palatine’s strategies.

Prior to joining Palatine, Michael worked in project management at Harvey Builders, one of the biggest General Contractors in Texas. Michael has successfully completed a range of multifamily and commercial projects totaling over $450 million in construction costs.

Mr. Kossow graduated from Texas Tech University with a B.A. in Economics in 2014.
